Deposit and Final Payment Policy
Upon reserving the cabin, the following will be required: a major credit card for confirmation purposes and reservation guarantee, 100% of total reservation is due when booking reservations. No refunds for late
arrival or early departure. Credit cards are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
All refunds are given as a credit letter to be used at a later date. NO CASH REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN.
Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. (This amount shall be charged to your credit card.) Cancellation 30 to 20 days prior to arrival, forfeit the 50% deposit.
Cancellations 19 days or less prior to arrival, forfeit the deposit.
Security Deposit
A credit card imprint or $100 cash is required at check in. Security deposit will cover theft, damage to unit, destruction of property, or key replacement.
Change Fee
Changes in reservation date within 19 days of arrival are subject to a charge of $25.00. Avoid additional expense by making accurate reservations.
House Rules
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
No smoking in the Cabin.
Please maintain a reasonable noise level at all times. No loud parties or stereos after 11:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS
Sorry, Pets are NOT Allowed on the Premises. IF PETS ARE FOUND EVICTION WILL BE AUTOMATIC. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Please leave dishes, utensils, etc. in the cabin. There is a complete inventory of each item. These inventories are checked upon departure. Any items missing will be billed to you.
The kitchen is the responsibility of the guests, please wash all dishes and remove all garbage.
Please remove all trash from the units daily. Trash bags are provided for this and are stored in a kitchen drawer.
Please keep clothing, bedding and furniture away from heaters and fireplaces. Use extreme care with fires. Any furniture or bedding damaged by heaters will be charged to you.
ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK IS TO BE TAKEN INTO BEDROOM AREAS.
Extra towels are provided for your convenience. These are stored in the bathrooms under the sinks.
New towels and other supplies are provided on request. Please request clean towels before noon so that you receive them that day. Put dirty towels inside your entrance door for towel exchange.
